Vive Body Care is based in Canada and currently offers shipping across the entire country. We provide fast and reliable delivery options to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders within Canada will arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with a return or exchange, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
